What we can help with

Our team can answer general questions about the gardens described on this site, such as which season is best for flowers, how the gardens compare with one another, how to get from the Medina to Gueliz, or which places are quieter at certain times of day. We are also happy to hear from readers who notice that a page is out of date or who have a useful tip to share with other travellers.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell tickets and we do not manage reservations for Jardin Majorelle or any other site. We therefore cannot change, cancel, confirm or refund an entry slot, and we cannot see any booking you made elsewhere. For anything related to admission, opening hours on a given day, group visits or accessibility arrangements, please contact the garden or museum directly through its official website or at its entrance.

Protect yourself

We never ask for card details, passwords, documents or payments. No one from this guide will contact you to offer entry, to request a deposit or to ask you to confirm personal data. If you receive such a message using our name, it is not from us and you should ignore it. When you arrange admission to any attraction, type the official address yourself, look for a secure connection and avoid offers passed on by strangers in the street or through unsolicited messages.
